Agency Features

Agency is Pro for people who run more than one site. You get every Pro feature, plus a higher activation limit and faster support, on one license key.

One key, ten sites. Use the same license on every site you manage — client work, side projects, staging, a personal blog. Staging and dev domains don’t even count.

What you get with Agency

  • Up to 10 production sites on a single license. Activate, deactivate, and move sites freely from each site’s Media Guard → Pro License page.
  • Every Pro feature unlocked. Groups & Users, the Access Log, , gallery mode — all of it, on every Agency site.
  • Priority support. Your email goes to the front of the queue. Whether the question is “how do I…” or “something broke,” you wait less.
  • Staging and dev domains are free. They don’t consume a slot. See Manage Your Pro License for the full list of recognized patterns.

Who Agency is for

  • Agencies and freelancers who manage WordPress for multiple clients and want one license to install on all of them.
  • Course creators who run a main site plus a separate course site, a member portal, or a community.
  • Anyone scaling past one site — buying Agency once is cheaper than buying Pro ten times.

Activating Agency on each site

Same flow as Pro — there is no separate “Agency” plugin to install. Install the regular PaulsPerfectPC Media Guard Pro plugin, then go to Media Guard → Pro License and paste your Agency key. The License page will show your tier as AGENCY once active.

Repeat on each site you manage. You can mix and match — staging copies of all your client sites can run Agency too, free of charge.

Managing 10 sites

  • When a client leaves — deactivate on their site so the slot frees up for the next project.
  • When you take a site offline — deactivate before deleting the install. Otherwise the slot stays “used” and you’ll need to deactivate from another install or contact support to free it.
  • When you hit your limit — you’ll see “Activation limit reached (10/10 sites)” on activate. Free a slot, or contact us to upgrade your plan.

Upgrading from Pro to Agency

Log in at wpmediaguard.com/my-account and follow the upgrade link, or email support. We’ll switch your license tier and you’ll see AGENCY the next time your site checks in (or hit Refresh Status on the License page to force a check).

Refunds and renewals

30-day no-questions-asked refund on Agency, same as Pro. Renewals are annual and unlock another year of updates and priority support.
